A standing retainer with regular working sessions and access in between them. The quarterly rhythm covers growth, sustainability strategy and positioning, alongside whatever decisions happen to be live that quarter. It can also mean acting as an external voice on a specific initiative, whether that is an independent technical review, a seat on an advisory committee, or representing the work publicly.

Everything starts with a conversation, because I want to understand what you are dealing with before we talk formats. After that it might be a board seat, a retainer, project work, or some combination. I don't sell standardised packages, and no two of these engagements have been the same.
Where you need delivery scale, Edge remains in the picture and I will tell you so. Once scope is agreed I stay on the work myself rather than handing it to someone you haven't met.
